Additional Rendezvous Clothing and Accessories Event Itineray (Not all activities are listed as we have to keep some suprises for you) Thursday 6:30pm: Welcome dinner. Lasagne and salad night. Say hi to old friends and meet some new ones! Friday 8:30am - Dinghy raft up at the H&S Host Boat. Join us for hot rolls, coffee, juice in your dinghy at our Host Boat. We'll provide the food...all you have to do is show up on your dinghy! 9am - 12 noon - Hummer Tours 5:30pm - 6:30pm Registration, Reception and Welcome Party! Join us for our welcome party and come get your bag full of goodies! 6:30pm - 8:00pm Beach BBQ! You bring what you would like to cook on the grill and we'll provide everything else including the barbeque pit, utensils and plates, and side dishes. Saturday 8:30am - 9:30am - Continental Breakfast - coffee, juice, muffins and rolls. 9:30am - 10:00am - Welcome and Special Presentations. (To be announced) 10am - 12 noon - Breakout sessions on vendor row. We'll have our vendors set up all around so that you can meet with them and see their wares. Vendors will be giving 30 minute seminars several times during this period. 12:30pm - 1:30pm - Lunch Break. Hamburgers and Hot dogs BBQ'ed to perfection by the H&S staff. 1pm - 4pm - Hummer Tours 6:30pm - 9:00pm - Grand Buffet! Prizes! Music! Dancing! Lots of Fun! We have more activities scheduled for during the day Friday and Saturday but we want to keep some of it a suprise! See you at Catalina! A HUGE Thank You to all of our sponsors!
