2008 H&S Sailboat Rendezvous
at Two Harbors, Catalina Island
July 17-20, 2008

Flotillas from each store location depart Thursday morning to get smooth seas and a better mooring selection(moorings are first come-first served).We will repeat some of the activities from the past and we have a few new surprises as well. Spaces are limited, so pleaseregister as early as possible and allow us time to plan for this fun filled event. All submitted sign up forms will be confirmed by phoneor email within 2 weeks of submitting this form. Event Itinerary
(Not all activities are listed as we have to keep some suprises for you)

Thursday

6:30pm: Welcome dinner. Pizza and salad night. Say hi to old friends and meet some new ones!

Friday

9:30am - Dinghy raft up at the H&S Host Boat. Join us for hot rolls, coffee, juice in your dinghy at our Host Boat. We'll provide the food...all you have to do is show up on your dinghy!

9am - 12 noon - Hummer Tours
1pm - 4pm Hummer Tours

5:30pm - 6:30pm Registration, Reception and Welcome Party! Join us for our welcome party and come get your sailbag full of goodies!

6:30pm - 8:00pm Beach BBQ! You bring what you would like to cook on the grill and we'll provide everything else including the barbeque pit, utensils and plates, and side dishes.

Saturday

8:30am - 9:30am - Continental Breakfast - coffee, juice, muffins and rolls.

9:30am - 10:00am - Welcome and Special Presentations by Hunter and Jeanneau.

10am - 12 noon - Breakout sessions on vendor row. We'll have our vendors set up all around so that you can meet with them and see their wares. Vendors will be giving 30 minute seminars several times during this period. Some of the vendors will be UK Sailmakers, San Diego Marine Exchange, Boatswain's Locker, Seldon, and others.

12:30pm - 1:30pm - Lunch Break. Hamburgers and Hot dogs BBQ'ed to perfection by the H&S staff.

1pm - 4pm - Hummer Tours

6:30pm - 9:00pm - Grand Buffet! Prizes! Music! Dancing! Lots of Fun!

We have more activities scheduled for during the day Friday and Saturday but we want to keep some of it a suprise! See you at Catalina!
