Flotillas from each store location depart Thursday morning to get smooth seas and a better mooring selection(moorings are first come-first served).We will repeat some of the activities from the past and we have a few new surprises as well. Spaces are limited, so pleaseregister as early as possible and allow us time to plan for this fun filled event. All submitted sign up forms will be confirmed by phoneor email within 2 weeks of submitting this form. Below is the preliminary itinerary for the rendezvous. More details will be added as they become available. Please note this schedule/events are subject to change.

2009 H&S Rendezvous Schedule

Thursday
6:30 pm Welcome dinner – Pizza & salad; registration
8:30 pm Welcome presentation and movie

Friday
9:30 am Dingy Raft Up at on H&S yachts; Cruise on up on your dinghy for rolls or Danish, coffee & juice. Meet your fellow boaters.
9:00 am-Noon Hummer Tours – check in at hospitality desk
1:00pm-4:00 pm Hummer Tours – check in at hospitality desk
1:00pm-4:00 pm On the Water Demonstrations and Dinghy Poker runs– check in at hospitality desk

Boats and on the water demonstrations to be determined.

6:00 pm – 6:30 Beach Bingo
6:00 pm – 8:30 pm Registration, Reception & Welcome party – Beach BBQ – you bring something to BBQ, we provide sides, utensils, plates. Bring a dessert to share! Raffles!

Saturday
8:30 am-9:30 am Breakfast on the beach – menu TBD
9:00 am – noon Hummer Tours – check in at hospitality desk
9:30 am – 10:30 am Welcome & special presentations
Representatives from H&S and our Manufacturers will have short presentations.
10:30 am – 12:30 Breakout sessions on vendor row
Each vendor session or demonstration will last for approximately 25 minutes and will run 4 times
We will have a wide range of vendors with products and services for the boating community. Get some great deals on gear and services.
12:30 -1:30 pm Lunch – hamburgers & hot dogs BBQ’d by your H&S Staff
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Hummer Tours
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm Beach Bingo
6:30 pm – 9:00 pm – Luau Dinner and Party.

List of items to bring to make your weekend more enjoyable (They do have a small general store and restaurant/bar at Two Harbors if you do forget something)
